Thank you Faraona-Fiber for being my 120th follower!

Just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to Faraona-Fiber for becoming my 120th follower!

I had been stuck at 119 for months and months and months and it was driving me crazy! Especially since I'm all about symmetry so the oddness of 119 was just killing me. Yeah, I know that's weird but it's the truth.

Anyhoo... Faraona-Fiber's blog is all Greek to me. Seriously. It's written in Greek or what I've discerned to be Greek since her Google account has the cities Thessaloniki and Athens marked. Luckily for me there's a little English on her site indicating she makes jewels and accessories by using mixed needleweaving and crochet.

I may not be able to read her blog but great work is great work in any language! She does some very fun and funky stuff! Check out these pieces!

  1. Those bracelets are really interesting. I think you can usually translate blogs. Is there a button you can click?

  2. Having picked you up via the Etsy Blog site, I'm about to put you out of sorts and become your 121 Follower! Hope that's OK, and that maybe you'd like to return the favour by following me at www.ColdhamCuddliescalling.blogspot.com, where I post about the soft toys I make, mend and otherwise create, as well as other related matters.

Look forward to hearing from you! All the best.!

  3. Lovely! I use Google to translate foreign blogs. It makes me feel like I'm peeking through a window into another world!

  4. Isobel, I'll take you as my 121 follower! Besides 121 for some reason doesn't bug me as bad as 119 did. Maybe because I was just stuck on that number for so long! ;)

Sweet Posy and Emma- I will definitely look into the Google translation thing. I would love to read foreign blogs, definitely a great way to peek into other peoples lives around the world.
